The Hamburg Mountain HOA is comprised of the lots and houses on Perrion Ave., Perrion Ct., Companion Way, and Fortress Ridge.

A separate HOA manages The Summit, 12 unbuilt lots and 7 homes on Longstreet Court at the top of the mountain.
