Dues are currently $150 per year.
2. When must dues be paid?
Invoices are sent out on January 1st and payment expected by January 30th.

4. I want to make some changes to my property. How do I get started?
From the documents page, download the architectural review committee form, fill it out, and email it to our ARC chair at:arcchair@hamburgmountainhoa.com , or mail it to the postal address listed in the form.
5. I'm selling (or buying) a house in the HOA. Does the HOA get involved in transferring responsibility for the annual dues during the sale?
No. The buyer and seller's agents work out the proration of the dues and include it in your terms of sale. The HOA will send the new owner an invoice on January 1 of the next year. There are no HOA forms, fees, or other actions. Pretty simple!
